As an operator of industrial robots, e.g. in production or packaging lines, you need a lubricant that can be used for relubrication. Klübersynth GE 8-150 is a semi-synthetic gear oil specifically tuned to the requirements of cycloid gears in robots. Special additives are used with a view to the specific boundary and mixed friction conditions prevailing in these gears.

Klübersynth GE 8-150 offers high scuffing load strength and protects your gears even under peak loads and vibrations. The excellent wear protection enables long gear component life and safeguards the high precision of the robot functions. This offers you potential for a reduction of maintenance and repair costs. The seal compatibility of Klübersynth GE 8-150 was optimised for the Freudenberg material 75 FKM 585. In dynamic tests, BAUM seals with optimised elasticity and MSS1 geometries in combination with the sealing grease Klübersynth R 42-111 (Art. No. 094119) have proven particularly useful.
