As a manufacturer in the food-processing or any other industry, you prefer a sprayable lubricant enabling you to reduce lubricant quantities and consequently minimise the contamination risk for your product. This is why Klüber Lubrication has developed a semi-dry lubricant offering highly effective lubricating behaviour.

Klüberfluid NH1 CM 4-100 is a spray based on a fully synthetic hydrocarbon oil combined with a carefully selected, high-performance solid lubricant and additive package. We deliberately designed this product without mineral oil in order to minimise the risk of MOSH/MOAH contamination. If applied correctly, a semi-dry lubricating effect can be attained with this product.

Klüberfluid NH1 CM 4-100 shows very good adhesion to surfaces and high load-carrying capacity. As it is also highly resistant to ageing and oxidation, the product enables longer relubrication intervals and hence lower lubricant quantities being required. This minimises the contamination risk for your product.

Klüberfluid NH1 CM 4-100 Spray is NSF H1 registered and therefore in compliance with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of Klüberfluid NH1 CM 4-100 Spray can contribute to increased reliability of your production equipment and processes. We recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.
