Klüberfood NH1 6-90

Klüberfood NH1 6-90 is a high-purity and high-performance barrier fluid based on polyglycol chemistry. This synthetic and food- grade barrier fluid was especially designed for mechanical seals and circulation systems used on reactors that can be found in the chemical and polymer industries. Many chemical processes involves pressure vessels using mechanical seals exposed to high temperatures for the manufacturing of chemicals and polymers that will end up in food packaging, in drinkable water or pharmaceutical products. Therefore, a fluid with NSF H1 registration and with an excellent thermal stability must be used. Klüberfood NH1 6-90 offers a much longer service life compared to mineral oils and other oils based on synthetic hydrocarbons. The product's low foaming tendency and special additive content are perfect for circulation systems used for the lubrication of mechanical seals. Freudenberg seals made of 72 NBR 902, 75 FKM 585, 75 FKM 260466 and 75 FKM 170055 are resistant to Klüberfood NH1 6-90.
