Last June 27, 2023, Simpex Machineries in collaboration with Klüber Lubrication South East Asia conducted a TechDay at Vivere Hotel located in Alabang, Philippines.
The TechDay Event Title was: "Saving energy while keeping cool with our refrigeration/air compressor oils and addressing risk of contamination with our H1 synthetic lubricants".
The main speaker for this event was our expert in Refrigeration Compressor Oils from our Headquarter, Mr. Carlos Mena, Sales Development Manager Refrigeration Compressors who flew all the way from Munich, Germany. Supporting him was Mr. Yongshun Zeng and Mr. Tyrone Malalad who were both experts in their respective fields of lubrication.
The event was attended by 74 attendees from 31 different companies. We were able to invite guests from cold storage plants, OEM compressor manufacturers, food manufacturing customers and others. In general, the customers' main interest were on the EnergyEfficiency (EE) Projects that Klüber Lubrication was doing. This has led to enquiries mainly from the cold storage plants for their Ammonia Compressors.
The customers wanted to explore how we could help them in implementing various projects and have requested us to visit them separately for further discussions. Through this event, we have generated new leads for air compressor oils, gear oils and food grade lubricants.
With this event, we were successful in promoting our Ammonia Compressor oils through the EE Projects and the Food Safety topic with our NSF H1 Lubricants to our customers. From this positive outcome, we will be planning many more of this event to benefit our customers.
