Munich, 19 February 2024 – With the motto "Our ingredients for a smooth process: efficiency, sustainability and reliability", speciality lubricant expert Klüber Lubrication will be presenting new and innovative ways to further optimise applications in the food industry at Anuga FoodTec from 19 to 22 March. Far beyond the presentation of products, the main focus will be on the topics of energy efficiency and sustainability, as well as the avoidance of contaminants such as MOSH/MOAH.
A plus in product safety
The latest addition to the Klüber Lubrication product portfolio are the innovative processing aids of the new Klüberfood 4DC (4 direct contact) series. The products are alternatives for applications with direct food contact and can replace products suspected of causing MOSH/MOAH contamination. They consist exclusively of food-grade ingredients of plant origin and are free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and allergens.
The Klüberfood 4DC range currently comprises eight processing aids for the food industry that can perform different functions - they can be used, for example, as release agents, for corrosion protection, as lubricants, as metal forming fluids, as barrier fluids in mechanical seals and as non-stick and cleaning agents. The versatile Klüberfood 4DC products can be used in numerous components and areas of the food industry.
More than just lubricants
Another focus is on the digital solutions developed by Klüber Lubrication, for supporting client’s Total Productive Management (TPM), which enables continuous analysis of the systems and thus creates the optimum basis for highly efficient maintenance processes. Professional lubricant management is also an important part of risk assessment with regard to MOSH/MOAH.
