You want to increase the performance and service life of your metal components by means of a coating without using any Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) such as the solvents NEP or NMP. It is especially for these requirements that we developed Klübertop TM 09-321, a thermosetting high-performance bonded coating. It has an organic binder containing a solid lubricant.
Klübertop TM 09-321 reduces friction and wear on metal/metal material pairings, especially under very high mechano-dynamical loads and at high sliding speeds as well as under thermal loads up to 300 °C, with short-term peaks up to 330 °C.
Klübertop TM 09-321 is supplied in liquid form with a viscosity ready for use. It offers good chemical stability and very good corrosion protection.
Klübertop TM 09-321 also excels due to its extraordinarily high wear resistance plus very good adhesion on steel and aluminium substrates.
