Klüber Lubrication supports its customers with digital solutions for Total Productive Management (TPM). You can use these services to continuously analyse the condition of your equipment and have a centralised overview of the associated lubrication tasks and data. The result is an optimal basis for maximum efficiency in your maintenance processes.

In a first step, your machines and lubrication points will be recorded: either digitally via our online service platform EfficiencyManager, or by our experts at your site. You will then benefit from the interpretation of your lubrication data in combination with the tribological know-how of our experts. With all measures implemented, you will be able to determine the status of your machines and lubricants in real time, maintain your equipment precisely when it is necessary and in future also prevent failures before they occur. This leads to higher efficiency of your facilities as well as of your maintenance activities, and it will reduce your Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and provide you with valuable data to continuously improve your maintenance activities.
