Article-No: 096049 Synthetic lubricating grease for the food and pharmaceutical industry

Klübersynth UH1 64-1302 was specifically developed for grease-lubricated roller chains operating under high loads in the mixed friction regime in continuous flow sterilizers. Klübersynth UH1 64-1302 thus offers excellent wear protection even under extreme lubricating conditions.

Being highly resistant to water and steam, this adhesive lubricating grease is particularly suitable for applications in a saturated steam atmosphere at normal sterilisation temperatures.

Klübersynth UH1 64-1302 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of Klübersynth UH1 64-1302 can contribute to increase reliability of your production processes. We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.
