Article-No: 099231 Thermosetting two-component PTFE bonded coating for metal components
You want to increase the performance of your metal components and protect them against friction and wear. At the same time, you give preference to a dry and clean lubrication with very good adhesion properties, especially on zinc flake coatings. Moreover, you do not want to use substances of very high concern (SVHC).
We have designed the thermosetting, two-component high-performance bonded coating Klübertop TP 48-311 A/B especially for these requirements.
It has an organic and abrasion-resistant binder (free of NEP and NMP solvents) containing a special PTFE as the solid lubricant. Klübertop TP 48-311 A/B reduces friction and wear on metal/metal and metal/plastic material pairings. This bonded coating increases the performance and service life of your components subject to high mechano-dynamic loads and temperatures (short-term peaks up to 260 °C). The friction coefficient can further be reduced by short-time sintering. The bonded coating is supplied in liquid form and with a viscosity ready to use. It contains an inflammable solvent mixture. It can also be applied by means of electrostatically supported systems.
Better component performance due to very high wear resistance and low friction coefficient
Lifetime lubrication possible due to very good abrasion resistance
Wide service temperature range and high coating thickness possible
Good adhesion to metal surfaces, particularly zinc flake coatings
For clean and dry lubrication or in combination with our oils and greases
Free of NEP and NMP solvents
