March 31, 2020 Reliability is especially important now: how to order our products quickly, how to reach technical support and sales staff, and how to avoid unnecessary costs when changes in your goods received process occurs is paramount.
As you are no doubt aware, the Coronavirus situation is fast evolving and we are all having to adapt to new ways of working and going about our daily lives. At Klüber Lubrication we continue to follow government advice and have put in place various ‘working from home’ procedures to allow our employees to continue providing services in the safety of their own homes.

Our systems have been structured in a way to allow us to quickly mobilise and adapt to the changing circumstances and we are working hard to secure supplies and manufacturing capacity to meet the ever-changing level of demand from our customers, so please rest assured, we do have sufficient resources in place to continue to provide essential services.
We will continue to work with you as closely as possible and would encourage our customers to get in touch with us if they have limited the access to their good receipt area, ceased operations already, or plan to do so. By informing us of this we can jointly find a solution to prevent products being sent from Germany but not reaching their intended recipient, which incurs costs that might be passed on to you.
