Our Klüberfluid C-F 9 S Ultra as a high-performance lubricant concept for open gear drives can support you in this challenge. It is based on a mixture of ultra-high viscous synthetic and mineral base oils.
The addition of a diluent allows Klüberfluid C-F 9 S Ultra to be pumped without heating the lubrication system. The ultra-high oil viscosity on the gear is achieved after the diluent has been evaporated. The high viscosity in combination with a unique additive package provides the highest wear protection.
Klüberfluid C-F 9 S Ultra is free from bitumen, heavy metals, chlorine, and solid lubricants allowing for easy inspection of the tooth flanks while in operation.
Klüberfluid C-F 9 S Ultra exceeds the requirements of ANSI/AGMA 6014-B15 Annex D and FLSmidth Minerals Gear Set Lubrication Guidelines.
