Tailor-made perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) lubricants for the chemical industry
PFPE lubricants from Klüber Lubrication are recommended because of their resistance to extreme temperatures, chemical inertness and their stability to oxidation. Our PFPE greases offer good lubrication, additional protection against shock loads and unrivalled stability for numerous applications found in the chemical industry. Being extremely inert where no element of the molecule is available for reaction to take place, it provides excellent high-temperature performance and makes PFPE extremely useful in the presence of highly reactive chemicals such as corrosives, acids and liquid oxygen.

Non-distilled industrial water contains mineral salts that bond with metal, especially when it is hot. These deposits, usually calcium and magnesium compounds, put a strain on the operating efficiency of heat exchangers, cooling towers and other water-wetted equipment. If not properly treated, sediment, sludge, and scale cause a loss of efficiency and increase in energy consumption.
We offer a full line of degreasers and descalers to maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of your cooling tower systems. Converting your cooling tower gearboxes from a conventional mineral oil to a premium synthetic gear oil may save you up to 6% in energy cost.
