  • Soon in our portfolio: release agents for the baking industry We are going to extend our portfolio of process agents by release agents for applications in the baking industry. These are required for example for dough moulds and cutting knives, baking moulds and conveyor belts in baking lines. Since release agents are intended for applications where they are in direct contact with the food product, particularly strict regulations apply. Klüber Lubrication thus offers its customers lubricants and release agents from a single source.
  • Make process planning transparent We now offer a software, which enables you to efficiently align increasingly complex structures in the networked company: the EfficiencyManager. It provides you with an overview of all the machines, appliances and equipment relevant for the production process. The EfficiencyManager. It provides operators with an overview of all the machines offers many options to increase efficiency in production. You are provided with a transparent overview of all reports as well as analyses, inspections and similar documents. They are filed according to the machine they refer to. A straightforward traffic light system at the monitor enables the condition of the machines to be checked at a glance and details to be analysed. Potentials for increasing efficiency can be ideally multiplied, e.g. in the form of optimising spare parts life or the reduction of failures and hence maintenance activities. You can use the EfficiencyManager. online or by mobile app and enter all the information required for a trouble-free production. This includes for example data on relubrication and maintenance, deadlines for calibrating scales or inspecting fire extinguishers.

  • High-perfomance compressor oil for ammonia refrigeration units As the operator of ammonia refrigeration units, you’re interested in the reliable and efficient operation of your refrigerating plant. The Klüber Summit RHT FG 68 was specially designed to support you in the lubrication of ammonia refrigeration units. Thanks to its high refining level, oil carryover is significantly reduced when using the Klüber Summit RHT FG 68 compared to traditional mineral oils. This can also reduce your oil consumption.
  • Our Klüberfood products: High-temperature chain oils for conveyor and transport chains When it comes to food safety, speciality lubricants play a vital role – H1 registration and certification according to ISO 21469 ensure that lubricants are safe for use in the food industry. At the same time, lubricants are required to offer maximum performance, e.g. in conveyor chains or baking ovens, where temperatures may be extremely high.

    The highly efficient premium heat transfer fluid Klüberfood NHT1-18 for enclosed heat transfer systems, has been tested with excellent results for example in pizza ovens operating at up to 650 °C. The low base oil viscosity of Klüberfood NHT1-18 enables fast startups of your heating systems. In addition, its low viscosity and high density make Klüberfood NHT1-18 a highly efficient heat transfer fluid.

    Due to its excellent anti-wear behavior even at extreme temperatures of up to 650 degrees Celsius, and its good corrosion protection, the synthetic chain oil Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME helps increase chain lifetimes and contributes to increased reliability of the production process. Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME offers good wetting properties and excellent penetration with high dispersion stability.

    Klüberfood NH1 CH 2-460 is a synthetic high-temperature oil that can dissolve residues when fresh oil is introduced into the circuit. Using this oil to continually ensure a minimum quantity lubrication can increase the service life of the chain. The optimised thermal stability of the oil also noticeably reduces the consumption of lubricant.

    Klüberfood NH1 CH 2 Plus oils are synthetic high- temperature chain oils for reliable lubrication at high temperatures, such as in industrial baking ovens. A special additive provides a very high level of wear protection. Low evaporation loss and high oxidation stability ensure optimum lubrication intervals and reduced oil consumption.
