KG, and EJP WIRE Technology GmbH are presenting a technological world first for the wire industry: a completely oil- and volatile organic compounds (VOC)-free corrosion protection system that is applied inline immediately after the drawing process.
The newly developed process creates a stable, homogeneous protective film directly within the production process. This reduces additional process steps, significantly lowers packaging requirements, and ensures consistently high surface quality of the wire.
