Klübertec CC 4-220

Klübertec CC 4-220 is a synthetic hydrocarbon lubricant designed to function under severe service conditions.

This fluid has a very high viscosity index, contains no paraffin and is compatible and miscible with standard petroleum-based fluids.

Due to the oil’s purity and the low content of additives, minimal or zero residue formation on billet and mold can be achieved. In addition, it helps increase the casting ring life.

Klübertec CC 4-220 enables a reduction in lubricant consumption and helps to extend the exchange interval of casting rings.
