Klüber Lubrication has developed a special lubrication system to ensure optimum lubrication of large girth gear drives and to prevent damage starting from the outset: The A-B-C system.
The A-B-C-System developed by Klüber Lubrication makes life easier for operators in the heavy industry and provides reliability right from the start. Klüber Lubrication supplies transparent or graphite-containing adhesive lubricants as: A - primers for initial lubrication, B - running-in lubricants and C - operational lubricants, making available a lubricant system based on expert knowledge and long-standing experience as well as tribological research and development work.
Service during operation
The KlüberServiceSystem comprises additional services for operators of large girth gear drives:
- Forced running-in lubrication for new or turned large gear drives
- Inspections of all large gear drives
- Repair lubrication during operation
- Mechanical treatment of gear rims and pinions
