New protecting and lubricating fluid for plug-in contacts
The new Klüberalfa KR 3-730 has been especially designed for the automatic minimum-quantity lubrication of large batches of plug-in contacts which have to meet high requirements, for example, in telecommunications, automation technology or car manufacture.
Klüberalfa KR 3-730 protects contact surfaces against tribological ageing without increasing contact resistance. It reduces assembly forces and prevents premature failure due to vibration-induced wear. Klüberalfa KR 3-730 can be economically and fully automatically integrated into the production process of plug-in contacts of different shapes. The UV indicator contained in the fluid ensures efficient quality control.
Klüberfood NH1 87-703 Hygienic
New special grease increases productivity of aseptic cold filling machines - NSF H1-registered
In aseptic cold filling, sensitive food products like baby food, fruit juices, yoghurt or beer are filled into sterile containers which require maximum sanitation. The new special grease from Klüber, Klüberfood NH1 87-703 Hygienic has been designed especially for this purpose. Due to its excellent compatibility with EPDM seals this grease extends the service life of seals. Users therefore benefit from reduced downtime and higher production output. As Klüberfood NH1 87-703 Hygienic can be used for seals as well as for low load- and low speed-bearings, product streamlining is possible. The high resistance of the special grease to media like disinfectants, cleaning agents, water and steam reduces grease consumption and hence operating costs.
Klüberplex BEM 41-141
One rolling bearing grease for all bearings in wind power stations upgrades their operational efficiency
Until now, manufacturers of wind power stations have had to use several greases in order to meet the specific requirements of the various bearings involved. With the new Klüberplex BEM 41-141 grease it is now possible to cover all the differentiated requirements with a single product.
The new speciality grease exceeds all the current requirements specified by the OEMs for bearings and wind power stations, and by the operators as well. The wide service temperature range, good pumpability and metering characteristics in central lubrication systems, and the equally good grease distribution and oil release of the new Klüberplex BEM 41-141 ensure trouble-free operation of the wind power stations.
Klübersynth BHP 72-102
Rolling bearings subject to high loads in the automotive industry - a new hybrid grease allows cost savings
The new Klübersynth BHP 72-102 is a high-temperature lubricant designed for the lifetime lubrication of highly loaded friction points in components close to automobile engines and subject to alternating temperatures ranging from -40°C to 200°C, (e.g. in bearings of viscocouplings, belt tensioners, fans and similar applications).
Due to its patented hybrid grease formulation Klübersynth BHP 72-102 combines economic efficiency and performance in a new way. This innovative lubricant provides longer bearing lives than conventional lubricants and clearly reduced lubricant costs compared with fully fluorinated products based on PFPE.

In the manufacturing of food packaging made of aluminium foil, the lubricant is of major importance. The ideal solution would be to have one lubricant for the whole sheet metal working process which acts both as lubricant and as release agent.
The special oils from Klüber, PARALIQ P 68 and PARALIQ 91 perfectly meet these requirements. Both oils are NSF H1-registered, PARALIQ 91 also carries the NSF 3H approval. These special oils offer users substantial saving potentials and at the same time increase process reliability.
