ISO/TS 16949 certification for Klüber Lubrication München KG

The ISO/TS 16949 certificate was awarded to Klüber Lubrication München KG in April 2003 following a stringent audit. The highly acclaimed ISO/TS 16949 is an ISO technical specification based on the ISO 9001:2002 which has been written up in conjunction with the International Automotive Task Force. The Task Force is made up of an international group of vehicle manufacturers.

The auditing process was made even more testing for Klüber as the auditors were accompanied by a "witness auditor", whose task it is to audit the auditors! The process-orientated alignment means that the automotive industry requirements are met by Klüber Lubrication both as a supplier and development partner by continuing to supply special lubricants of the highest quality tuned to individual requirement profiles in a global market.

The specification aligns existing national and international automotive quality systems standards within the global automotive industry.
